A tip for those with Alzheimer’s

Those who are diagnosed of having Alzheimer’s disease should not restrain themselves from having fun and enjoying or finishing their everyday duties. The Alzheimer’s Association have suggested a couple of ways on how an Alzheimer’s disease patient could cope up with his or her everyday life and fulfill their duties even if they are facing a dreaded disease. Here are their tips:
1. If you think that Alzheimer’s kick in later in the day, then adjust on things that you need to be done in the morning. This way, all the things that need to be done will be finished earlier.
2. Allow plenty of time to finish your everyday tasks. Do not allow anyone to rush you into doing what has to be done. Take control of the time that you have.
3. Take a break if you feel frustrated.
4. Ask for help if you need it. Do not be afraid or shy to ask for a lending hand.
