Consumers do business with a certain company because they trust the service of this company. Once this trust is broken, they will most likely choose a different establishment to do business with. Losing a customer is one of the worst things that could happen to a business. The best way to cope with this is to deliver service in the best way possible. Giving out 100% is the key to success. Even if it does not work out well, consumers will eventually find out that you did your best to deliver service and they will stay under your wing for a longer time.
