A common misconception of most males which makes me sad is the fact that they date just to get something in return. Having a fantastic night downtown is great. The awesome night lights, romantic dinner, a nice stroll by the sidewalk is just a mere intro to some guys. Its like a preparation for a big feat. Most men go for sex after a date. My take on that is to take things light and bubbly. Sex after a date does not follow. Dating means getting to know the person more and talking about common interests. I guess this is one of the reasons also why women do not go out to dates anymore. They seem to be on the look out for possible mistreatment.

Going on a date means having fun and enjoying a great conversation. Achieve this and that date is definitely the best date ever.

Asking a date takes a lot of courage for a guy who likes a girl. The best thing to keep in mind is timing. Timing is a factor that a guy must take into account when asking a girl for a date. You would not ask a girl out if she just broke up with her boyfriend a couple of days ago right?

Once a guy knows a little history about the girl he likes, its good to ask a date to get to know her more. Typically, a guy asks a girl out on a weekend so that they would be free for the whole day. What most guys do not know is that it is also good to ask her out on a week night. Releasing stress after work is a good idea specially if a good dinner is up for grabs.

The fear of commitment has hounded several people nowadays. People are scared of being getting hurt and heart broken. More often than not, most of today’s lovers tend to look at love in a different perspective. Physical contact has been an issue. My take on this is that love should not be measured with the way we make physical and intimate contact. We must take into account that physical attributes will only last for a certain period of time. Placing the emotional concept on top of the physical attributes is a great way to make a relationship last a lifetime. If love is considered the top priority and if couples look at love in a deeper sense, then it is a guarantee that the relationship will last for a long time.

Being on a date does not mean that all that has to be done is what the girl wants. That is a notion that has plagued most men. On a first date, it is good to have things planned properly before going out. Take her to a place that you find very elegant and conducive to a “getting to know you” atmosphere. If you want to give her flowers or a box of chocolates then do so.

A good thing to remember is to be yourself. Do not sugar-coat and keep in mind that you are there to get to know each other. Be sure to show her who you are and keep it real. Having a good time is the key to a great date.

Group dating can bring many benefits to you and your girlfriend. One great benefit is that your friends get to know your girlfriend or you get to know your girl’s friends. Another thing here is that both parties get to extend their number of friends. In case problems between you two arise, there are people who can back you up and give a helping hand.

Keep in mind that when you engage in group dates, you have to make sure that you do something that involves everyone and not just you. Activities such as boating or a friendly game down the beach encourages cooperation and promotes a fun-filled environment.

Group dating is a good way to get to know her friends and have new friends for that matter. You just have to play your cards right and win their hearts as well.

Men are born polygamous according to many. What they don’t know is that there are reasons behind this and men are not just polygamous because they are born to be. Being polygamous is a psychological problem. Some of the reasons are based on experience and some are driven by women themselves.

Bad experience and bad social life are one of the key factors affecting men’s behavior. People around him may be teasing him because there is something wrong with his physical attributes and thus, he is out to prove that he can get many women even if he lacks something. It seems unfair to tag men as polygamous immediately. What people need to find out is why they became polygamous and not just judge them.

Holiday season brings in so many intense feelings – love, romance and joy. Couples often look forward to a great vacation during this season. Many people wish to have someone to spend this season with and yet only a handful gets their wishes come to reality.

If in case the season brings in a special someone then what a better way to spend it by staying in front of a fireplace drinking hot cocoa and enjoying a great healthy conversation. Talking is the best part of dating. It gives the couple a chance to get to know each other deeper.

Ambience will play a great role in dating not just this holiday season but all year round. So remember to choose the right place and choose the right person to be with in this season of joy.

The cool breeze of the holiday season has glazed upon my cheeks once again. I could still remember the time when I asked Marjorie to marry me last year.
