Veggies and Fruit. Any person can never go wrong for digging into veggies and fruit. It has fiber and other nutrients that prevents you from the risks of high blood pressure, heart diseases, cancer, cholesterol, and even constipation. They are sources of Vitamin A, E, and even Calcium that is good for your eyes, skin, and bones.

 

Fish

Fish – For a grown-up person like you, fish is the “safest” source of protein because there are some meat, like chicken and pork are high in cholesterol level. Of course this is a big no-no for you if you don’t want to be attacked by stroke.

 

Milk

Milk – the best way to keep your bones strong is to drink milk – the source of calcium. Milk products these days are categorized according to age and needs. And some of them are chocolate flavored.

Cereals, bread, and other food that contains carbohydrates and other nutrients are also good for your body. But the three mentioned above should be the priority on your diet list since it aims for the betterment of the condition of the older.
