2. Stick to a healthy diet which includes lots of plant based low-fat food and take only little to no alcohol. You need to avoid foods that are high in salt, smoked or are pickled.
3. Eat plenty of small snacks each daw.
4. Get enough calories and protein in your daily diet.
5. Always maintain a healthy weight.
