Hydration for seniors

After a nice stroll or brisk walk at the park, a senior has to rehydrate to replenish all the lost water after sweating. Water is good but it is recommended that sports drinks would definitely help optimize their body’s physiologic response to fluid replacement.
Most of the sports drinks today says that they are much better than water. This is true since they contain Ceralyte and Pedialyte which are specifically for fluid replacement which will keep a senior hydrated.
So after a nice exercise, it will be good to bring along a good bottle of sports drink.
