Water is very essential for a man. It was said that you can live without food for a couple of weeks but you cannot live without water in just a matter of days. Having ample water supply in your body gives good blood flow through the blood vessels. It also flushes bacteria away from the bladder which lessens the risk of acquiring urinary tract infection or popularly known as UTI. Not only that, water also provides good bowel movement and thus it prevents constipation. Even our bones need water. It helps lubricate our joints to promote great movement.
