Preventing Them

I just posted a blog about dangerous diseases. Those two are certainly a mental problem, also affecting physical and cognitive factors. Writing it brings gives me grin on my face, though I still feel the need to add something there.

So here I am, writing another blog that will trigger the juices of our health consciousness. But this time, it won’t be the main idea of diseases, but rather, how to beatt them.

  1. Exercise. The most common and yet the most forgotten routine. Exercise should be done everyday – if that is you want to stay healthy. Moving your body strengthens the muscles and the bones, and keeps the organs working properly.

  2. Maintain low protein diet. This is usually applied to those who have Parkinson’s Disease.

  3. Orientation. People who are suffering from memory loss should orient themselves with their past memories. Aged people suffering from Alzheimer’s Disease has a lack of orientation like time, places, and even the names of their loved ones. With this, before the condition gets worse, they should have their loved ones orient them. And if memory loss is not that bad, self-care can be done.
