Having the courage to stand up for yourself is a great way to gain a lot of confidence and potentially get a lot of friends. As long as you know how to use your fists in the correct and just manner, then everything will be alright. Fear is the number one problem of most seniors. This is because they think that they can never over power young people. Remember, strength is not the only key to a successful self defense. A strong aura and personality often scares the attacker. If he sees that you have such a strong personality then he would most likely chicken out. Having the heart to give all your best produces a lot of self esteem that not only boosts your health physically but also boosts your health emotionally.
