Vitamin E and Your Memory
More often than not, seniors lose the luster of their memory when they come of age. That sharp instinct seems to be losing its touch already. It has not been the same 20 or more years ago and it might get worse when the ages stacks up.
Years of study showed that there is an association with the lack of Vitamin E and the rapid loss of memory in the elderly population. Making ample changes on your diet and including Vitamin E on your meals may help solve memory issues according to the researchers at the Indiana University Center for Aging Research. Their study denotes that it is better to eat the natural food containing Vitamin E rather than taking in supplements. Vitamin E can be obtained by eating almonds, hazelnuts, sunflower seeds, walnuts, whole-wheat flour, corn oil and peanut oil.
So bring back those illustrious memories and start taking in Vitamin E.
