Medical researchers who wrote at the Journal of the American Medical Association say that studies indicate that one out of six post menopausal breast cancers can be avoided if women kept their weight withing 4 – 5 pounds after they turned 18. It has been seen in their researches that women who gained a lot of weight during their post menopausal period have high risks of acquiring breast cancer. They said that gaining extra weight may even cause death by breast cancer.

So keep that weight at a considerable level especially if you are in the post menopausal stage. This means that you should have more exercise and be wary on the kinds of food that you take everyday.
